Happy birthday to Avril. I guess that pretty much says it all....

Abbey Dawn 2008

One of Avril's many talents, apparently, is fashion. I have to admit, I've never been one to really pay much attention to the 'in' clothes, basically with my wardrobe consisting of jeans and t-shirts. Lisa did a good job of picking out some nice clothes for me though, so I can't say I have nothing to wear, and will be alright for the concert I guess, in hopefully something Avril would approve of. I'm sure I'll get Lisa's advice beforehand. Avril, on the other hand, is so talented she designed her own clothing line called Abbey Dawn. Here are some pics from the line she released in 2008. And who better than to model these clothes? None other than the punk princess herself, Avril. Lily actually owns some of these clothes, in the pink striped shirt just above, and the rock n' roll shirt she sports in a few pics. She also some some clothes from her 2011 line that I'll try to get pics of up later. Maybe the rock n' roll shirt for the concert?

London Bridges...

Here are some good pics of Avril during a couple of her concerts in London, England. I love the 'party animal' shirt, but prefer the little black dress. We're less than a month away from her show in Sudbury...just can't wait.

Going Green

I absolutely love watching the video for Avril's second single off 'Goodbye Lulaby', Smile. One thing I love is that Avril went and dyed her hair green. Normally you'd think this wouldn't look good, but it seems to make her so much hotter in this video. I'd rank Smile just behind Hot as the sexiest videos that she's made. She looks great in all of them, but there is just something about her here...she just looks more 'rock 'n roll' like, I guess.

Wild Rose

Avril's perfume 'Wild Rose' is now available all over, now, I guess. I haven't had a wif of it yet, and really don't have any reason to buy it, or anyone now to buy it to with the divorce all but finalized. I'll probably check it out if I get a chance, though, next time we're downstate at Kohl's or something. The promo pics Avril released for the product are amazing, though, and a couple of them were just recently released. Have I mentioned how much we're looking forward to seeing her live next month? October should be one of the best months for us, I'm sure, with hockey starting, Halloween, and the concert.

Viva Avril

Here are some pics from Avril's show in Paris, thanks to http://www.avril-images.net/. Seeing these really makes me look forward to the show we are seeing next month in Sudbury. In such a small town, you always wonder is you'll run into her somewhere before the show, but I'm sure it's just wishful thinking. I'm just hoping for a fun time with the kids.
